All zoning changes or special use permits applied for through the Piatt County Zoning office require a Natural Resource Inventory (NRI) report to be completed and remit to the Zoning office by PCSWCD.
PCSWCD will supply the Zoning office with the completed NRI report within 30 days of the NRI application date.
If you are applying for a special use permit or to change the zoning classification of your parcel, please fill out the application attached below and send to Brianne Gates, PCSWCD Resource Conservationist by email (Brianne.Gates@il.nacdnet.net) or by mail to the USDA Service Center (1209 Bear Lane, Monticello IL).
