The Partners for Conservation (PFC) Fund Program provides 75% cost-share assistance and other financial incentives for the construction or adoption of projects that conserve soil and protect water quality. The PFC program is funded by the Illinois Department of Agriculture, administered by local SWCDs, and can provide up to 75% of project implementation and management cost share assistance to landowners as funds are available. Practices that would be eligible for cost share under the PFC program include:
-Cover Crops
-Conservation Cover (pollinator plantings)
-Waterways
-Terraces/WASCOBS
-Grade Stabilization Structure
-Filter Strips
-No Till/ Strip Till
-Well Decommissioning
